Ducie Street Warehouse Wedding
I had an absolute blast capturing John & Ed's intimate wedding in York the day before they whisked their loved ones off to Manchester for a stylish celebration at the iconic Ducie Street Warehouse. If you're into that mid-century and industrial vibe, Ducie Street is definitely your jam!
John & Ed chose this spot for its chill atmosphere and quirky charm. Plus, the on-site accommodation was a total game-changer, making it super convenient for their guests to crash after dancing the night away.

Starting off in beautiful York City Centre the day before set the perfect tone for their Manchester celebration. The drinks reception in The Library was a sight to behold, decked out in the most stunning mid-century decor I've ever seen at a wedding venue. Guests then moved on to the adjacent room for the wedding breakfast, which was another stunning, light-filled mid-century gem.
After the meal, we corralled everyone into the Atrium for some epic group shots and family formals. Let me tell you, that space is something else – with a glass floor overlooking the bar and seating areas, and a central atrium lit by a glass ceiling, it's truly breathtaking and sets a totally different vibe from the rest of the building.
John, Ed, and I took a little jaunt around the building for their portraits and ended up back at the bar, mingling with guests in the Jungle area – a paradise for plant lovers like myself.
The party really got going in Room 1, and everyone had an absolute blast. And to top it all off, guests got to leave with their very own box of Gooey doughnuts. It was such an incredible day – thanks a million for having me, guys!
